1x UNFRAMED Illustrated Whimsical White Horse A3 Print. This painting of a horse inside a seashell was inspired by Botticelli's artwork 'The Birth of Venus'. The print depicts a white horse emerging from a conch shell in a coastal environment, with a wave crashing in front of it. The artwork is printed on a fine-grain 250gsm stock that complements the painterly textures and colours of the original illustration.

Originally created by hand using acrylic gouache, it demonstrates a contemporary surreal take on scientific wildlife illustration. With bright blue and earth tones, the wall art, measuring A3, can make a great focal point alongside other coastal or wildlife-themed décor. This artwork would be a great gift for somebody interested in folklore, mythology or witchcraft.

Please keep in mind the colours of the finished product may be slightly different to what you see on your screen due to brightness settings. All prints are produced by me in North-East England.
